Jäckering Processing GmbH, based in Obersteeg, near Cologne, mills and mixes non-food products on behalf of its customers.

Practically any product can be milled in the ULTRA-ROTOR and other mills.

Is your product moist, sticky or paste-like? No problem! Our special mills can mill and dry simultaneously. We can also process temperature-sensitive materials by cooling them with liquid nitrogen.

 

Procedure

First of all, your product is coarsely ground using a cutting mill. Once the product is the right size for processing in the pulverisers, it is micronised. Various sieve systems are then available for safety screening and fractionation.

In addition to pulverisation, different powdered products can also be mixed together homogeneously. Also, liquid components can be added to a powder.

The finished products can be packaged in all the usual types of container, such as big bags, paper sacks, boxes, octabins, etc.

Test Milling

Would you like us to mill your product and would like to have a sample of your product milled beforehand? For this, we will need at least 200 kg of the material you would like to mill. During the test milling process, the product fineness, output and energy consumption are analysed and recorded. After each test, a test report is created that gives you precise data regarding the milling of your product.
