Jäckering Mühlen und Nährmittelwerke GmbH is the leading German producer of native wheat starch and vital wheat protein for the food, pet food and non-food industries, worldwide. It also produces high-quality dry and liquid animal feeds for the European market.

Every year, we mill hundreds of thousands of tonnes of wheat in our mill, to produce wheat flour. Our innovative and highly specialised Ultra Rotor milling technology, which we developed in-house, forms the basis of our milling system. This technology uses turbulent air to break the grains at their natural breaking points, in a process that is gentle and guarantees an evenly milled product.

The flour is shipped directly to the starch factory, where it is used to produce native wheat starch and vital wheat protein, which are then sold all over the world.

Product groups

The products produced by Jäckering Mühlen- und Nährmittelwerke are used in various areas of application. High-quality wheat starch is not just used in the food industry; it also plays a big role in the production of paper used for packaging.

 

Vital wheat gluten is an important source of protein and a real all-rounder: It adds texture in bakery industry products, and acts as a binder in the aquaculture industry and in meat substitutes and much more.

For the animal feed sector, we also provide dry and liquid products of impressively high quality.

We produce our high-quality products continuously throughout the year. Depending on the type of product, they are available as bulk or packaged goods. Quality management plays a special role in our integrated management system, since all our products are certified several times, so that only high-quality products are placed on the market.
